Smoking Goose starts with meat from small family farms that raise their animals with care and then they cure, spice and smoke these meats until they become magical entities of their own. This is made from jowl not belly (like traditional bacon) but I'm not kidding when I say this stuff is "the bacon of bacon". It's amazing!
