Dale and Linda Hudspeth raise their laying chickens outdoors on pasture where they are free to eat grasses and bugs and absorb vitamin D in the sunshine (supplemented with a non-GMO, non soy feed). They also raised 100% grass fed/grass finished (nearly impossible to source) beef and pasture raised hogs (supplemented with a non-GMO, non soy feed). They raise their animals with care and truly naturally and they never inject their meats with water to add weight (a common practice of large meat producers). Their steaks are dry aged for 21 days and everything we get from this farm is absolutely delicious!
Ground pork comes frozen, uncooked and approx 1lb package.
Available for local pick up only (No shipping). CoOp pick up is every other Thursday 430-630pm at 3614 Greenville Ave (https://www.greengrocerdallas.com/pages/calendar-of-events for schedule). Orders must be received the Saturday at 5pm before the pick up day or they will be fulfilled the following pick up.
